TERMS
AND CONDITIONS: |

01) |
The
'TCS SMS Contest' is organized by Techscience Consultant & Services
Sdn Bhd, referred to as 'The Organizer', with support from MX2U.com. |

02) |
This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia who has a valid
Malaysian identification card and must be at least 18 years and above.
Those below 18 years of age are requires to seek parental approval
before entering/participating in the contest. |

03) |
The
contest starts from 2nd December 2003 and ends on 1st February 2004. |
| |
04) |
Employees and immediate family members of Techscience Consultant &
Services Sdn Bhd (the organizer) and MX2U.com and of those related
companies and employees as well as immediate family members of advertising,
design and all other parties involved in this contest are not eligible
to participate in this contest. |

05) |
Contestant
will be charged RM1.00 for every SMS send out to the SMS contest.
Contestant will be charged a standard SMS fee at the rates set by
their respective mobile operators (i.e. Maxis, Celcom, and Digi) for
every SMS received from the SMS contest. |

06) |
Contestants are welcome to send as many entries as they wish. |
| |
07) |
The
winners will be announced on Techscience Consultant & Services
Sdn Bhd official website, http://www.techscience.com.my/sms. |

08) |
The organizer has the sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any
entries for the contest without any obligation to furnish any notice
and/or reason. |

09) |
The
organizer reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions stated
herein at any time at its absolute discretion without any notice. |
| |
10) |
All
decisions made by the organizer and panel judges are final and no
correspondence shall be entertained. |
| |
11) |
The
organizer reserves the right to use, publish and display the names,
addresses, photographs, information and/or documents of all winners
in advertisements and publicity purposes from time to time. By participating
in this event, The organizer and MX2U.com reserves the right to send
ocassional messages to participants of this contest. This includes
but is not limited to product/service notifications, announcements,
polls, questions, advertising messages and general notifications. |

12) |
The
organizer and MX2U.com held no responsibilities in terms of the quality
and performance of the products given out as prizes. Winners of this
contest are held liable for payments or charges incurred as in service
charge payments, taxes or any other charges incurred as a result of
the receipt of the prize. The organizer reserves the right to substitute
the prizes with other prizes/items with similar or equal value, if
necessary without prior notice. |

Prize
winners will be notified by the organizer via their mobile phone number
for prize collection and all prize winners must claim their prizes
within the given time period determine by the organizer after they
are announced, otherwise the prizes will be forfeited and no other
correspondence will be entertained. |

14) |
All
prizes are NOT transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. |
| |
15) |
All
prize winners must provide the proper documentation to verify their
identity and ownership of the winning mobile number. In the event
of any disputes, the Organizer and MX2u.com has the final say. |

16) |
The organizer and MX2U.com are not held liable for SMS messages that
cannot be received (i.e. unreadable or damaged) and these messages
are considered VOID; not matter what the causes may be. Proof of messages
sent is not proof of messages received. |

17) |
Neither
parties (the mobile operators, the organizer, and MX2U.com) and any
other parties involved in this SMS contest shall be liable in any
way for delays and/or interruptions occurs for SMS messages sent and
these parties held no responsibilities for any unauthorized use of
mobile phone or subscribers' account in conjunction with this contest.

18) |
In
the event of any disputes or disagreements, the organizer and MX2U.com
reserves the right to make the ultimate decision. |

19) |
All
participants agreed to hold the organizer and MX2U.com free from any
liabilities whatsoever. |
| |
20) |
The
participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Organizer and MX2U.com
harmless from any and all Claims resulting from or connected with
any activities arising out of this event. |

21) |
By
entering this contest, all contestants agreed to be bound by the terms
and conditions set herein and that the decisions be the organizer
shall be final. |
